Carlsbad, CA November 1 – We discovered a declassified SECRET 1971 White House memo to Henry Kissinger that exposes the “Revision of the United Nations Charter so as to adapt the new world structure“. Then in the following sentence the memo states “Brazil’s role in a new world order and in the community of nations“.
Further below the memo states “Latin American role in a new world order“.
So we have the revision of the original United Nations Charter to fit the New World Order structure sometime before November 13, 1971. So the United Nations started with the original charter and then was revised to fit the “New World Structure“.
